Chinesische Armee: Trainingshandbuch für Spezialeinsätze ist ein Fertigkeitsbuch in Fallout 3, welches vor dem Ausbruch des Großen Krieges veröffentlicht wurde. Die Zeichen auf dem Cover lauten: "中国军队:训练手册", was eigentlich "Chinesische Armee: Training Manual" bedeutet.
Es ist rätselhaft, wie spielbare Charaktere in der Lage wären das Handbuch zu lesen, da es anscheinend in Chinesisch verfasst wurde, aber man kann davon ausgehen, dass man mit den Abbildungen und Zeichnungen in der Lage ist, den Inhalt zu verstehen.
